1. Are your cleaners bonded and insured?
Absolutely. All of our house cleaners are bonded, fully insured, and have passed a comprehensive criminal background check. Everybody on our team is legally verified to work in the U.S. and are employees, therefore we cover all required taxes for them. This information is included in greater detail in the Welcome Package we leave for you after our first visit to your home. You may also request that we email this info to you at any time.
Welcome Package includes: an itemization of what our background checks include; an overview of our services; brief bios on each of our staff.
2. Do you use green cleaning products? Or can we request hypoallergenic products?
Yes and yes! Visit the Products We Use page for further information on the cleaning agents we use on your home.
3. Where do we clean?
We are licensed to clean in Fairfax and Loudoun counties, VA, however once we experience demand for Prince William county we will expand our service area there as well.
4. Who provides cleaning supplies?
We do. Visit our Products We Use page for more info. If you prefer we use your vacuum, no problem!
5. Do you have a cancellation policy?
Yes. Like most businesses, we ask that you give us 24 hour notice if you have to cancel a scheduled cleaning. If we do arrive at your home and we aren't able to gain entry within 30 minutes, we'll have to charge our hourly rate of $36 per cleaner for our time spent waiting outside your home.
